No, I understood, i just forgot to answer you.
I've heard of Cambridge. and of Oxford, but not Trinity.
Here in America, when you go to college, you major in what you want to do with you life(career)
So if somebody wants to be an Italian (or any teacher), they have to study many years of school and then take exams to be certified to teach the language.
I am not sure what the language exams or called.
